I still can’t bake cookies, but once in a while…I get desperate.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, NO FRILLS, VERSION 1.
Ingredients: (12 Cookies)
1/4 lb Butter, room temp
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Large Egg
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Chocolate Chip Chunks
Bake Time: 15 min, 350 F

So I made these bars yesterday that taste like Health. I was just going for a cakey granola bar…….

Gooey Pumpkin Health Bars.
Ingredients: (12-16 Squares)
2 cups Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
4 tbsp Butter, room temp
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp All-Spice, ground
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp BP
1/2 tsp BS
1/2 tsp Salt
Bake Time: 25-30 min, 350F
